The available room has a private bath and garage space included. Tons of storage space is available in the attic for someone that might have lots of boxes they don't need access to all the time.

The house is easily accessible to downtown Seattle and a short drive to Sea-Tac airport and Boeing Field. Drive downtown in 15 minutes or catch the bus in front of the house and be downtown in about 25 minutes. Drive time to Alki Beach or Lincoln Park is about 10 minutes. Plenty of on street parking is available too. This is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a great selection of stores nearby for all your grocery and shopping needs.

Utilities, cable tv and internet are split evenly between all three roommates. A minimum six month lease is required with option of month to month after six months.

I'm a laidback 25 year old male professional. I am very friendly, but mostly I just keep to myself and let everyone do their thing. A male is preferred since there are already two guys living here, but I am open to anything. I like to keep the house fairly clean since I am not home very much and I hope you do too. Rent is $525.
